We feature two different varieties of gourmet gluten free goodies in every shipment, with new selections each and every month!
Are these the same items I see in my local supermarket?
No. We offer only items made exclusively for our members by renowned gluten-free bakeries and you'll be impressed with the variety and quality we deliver.
How large are your monthly shipments?
We don't scrimp on size and each monthly delivery weighs approximately two pounds. That's more than enough to share with your family, friends or co-workers (although you might not want to)!
How are your gluten free products packaged?
All of our gluten-free products are delivered in specialty packaging to ensure maximum freshness and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Gluten Free Lovers Newsletter with information regarding our monthly selections, trivia and more!
Can I choose the gluten free items that I'll receive?
Part of the fun of each monthly shipment is the excitement of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what gluten free goodies you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is personally selected by our gourmet professionals for freshness, flavour and seasonal appeal.
What if I don't like one of the gluten free items? Do you offer a guarantee?
Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!
How long are your memberships?
As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships and our Gluten Free of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter. You can also join with a monthly renewable membership.
If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?
Of course. Once you've completed your purchase you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by lettermail or email. You can even print a gift message right from your computer.
How do you ship your products?
We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are shipped by Canada Post Expedited Parcel and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.
Can you ship outside Canada?
We apologize but due to the perishable nature of some of our items, we can only ship within Canada.
