I love all the sauces they have sent so far. My only frustration is how to get more of one sauce that I want to have over and over, there is no way to buy more individually or links on where to buy them. I am surprised they haven't re sold anything on the side, once you are hooked, you could make a ton more money!!

Are these full-size bottles of sauce?

Yes. Each gourmet selection is a standard full-sized bottle (typically between 5-8 ounces) and should provide for dozens of servings.

How is your hot sauce packaged?

All of our sauces are delivered in specialty packaging to prevent damage and to ensure fresh and safe delivery. You'll also receive our Hot Sauce Lover's Newsletter with information about our monthly selections, fun hot sauce facts, serving suggestions and more!

Can I choose the sauces that I'll receive?

Part of the fun of each monthly delivery is the surprise of experiencing our latest selections for the first time. So, while you can't specify in advance what hot sauces you'll receive, rest assured that each monthly delivery is sent to you only after having passed the highest standards of our taste-testing professionals.

What if I don't like one of the selections? Do you offer a guarantee?

Your satisfaction is our business. If you're ever unhappy with our service, you can cancel your membership and receive a full refund for any unshipped merchandise. No questions asked and no additional costs!

How long are your memberships?

As long as you like! We offer 3, 6, and 12 month memberships, a Hot Sauce of the Season Club with new selections each spring, summer, fall and winter, and monthly renewable memberships that keep shipping until you cancel. We also offer both monthly and every-other-month shipping so you can build the perfect gift that fits your schedule and your budget.

If I send a gift membership, do you include a message?

Of course. When placing your order you'll have the option of sending a gift announcement by Canada Post or email. You can even print a gift announcement right from your computer for the ultimate last-minute gift.

How do you ship your products?

We ship all monthly gift clubs to arrive the last week of each month. All shipments are sent by Canada Post and are delivered in protective packaging for safe arrival.

Can you ship outside of Canada?

We apologize but due to the perishable and delicate nature of some of our gourmet items, we can only ship within Canada. If you're shopping for delivery to the U.S., make sure to visit our American site at AmazingClubs.com.
